Versie 2.3 — voegt Anthropic toe (tweede AI-taalmodel-leverancier, actief naast OpenAI) en LinkedIn (geconfigureerd, publicatie in Production uitdrukkelijk uitgeschakeld), beide met dezelfde bewijsstandaard als de overige providers in deze lijst. De classificatie blijft gebaseerd op het daadwerkelijke codepad, de productstatus en — waar veilig te bevestigen — daadwerkelijk waargenomen gebruik; configuratie alleen bewijst geen actieve verwerking.
Classificatiecategorieën
- ACTIEVE VERWERKING — de provider verwerkt aantoonbaar persoonsgegevens: het codepad wordt onvoorwaardelijk aangeroepen zodra de bijbehorende, daadwerkelijk live functionaliteit wordt gebruikt, en/of er is direct bevestigd bewijs van daadwerkelijk gebruik (bijvoorbeeld een echte, bestaande koppeling of transactie).
- ACTIEVE INFRASTRUCTUUR / KAN VERWERKEN — de provider is actief en continu in gebruik, maar verwerkt uitsluitend geminimaliseerde/gepseudonimiseerde gegevens (bijvoorbeeld alleen gehashte identifiers), of de precieze aard van wat er verwerkt wordt hangt af van omstandigheden buiten onze directe waarneming.
- GECONFIGUREERD MAAR NIET ACTIEF GEBRUIKT — de technische basis of het codepad is aanwezig, maar Production-activering is nog geblokkeerd of de functionaliteit is nog niet aantoonbaar door een klant gebruikt.
- NIET GEBRUIKT — geen actieve configuratie en geen codepad dat deze provider aanroept.

Dit platform gebruikt op dit moment geen Twilio, MessageBird, SMTP, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, Google Analytics, of vergelijkbare analytics-/trackingdiensten (NIET GEBRUIKT — geen configuratie, geen codepad).
Toelichting op locatie-/doorgiftevermeldingen
Bevestigd EU-gehost: Neon (AWS-regio eu-central-1, Frankfurt). Voor overige providers hebben wij de exacte serverregio/het exacte doorgiftemechanisme niet zelfstandig in onze eigen technische documentatie vastgelegd op het moment van publicatie — raadpleeg de eigen, actuele documentatie van de betreffende partij voor de precieze status.
Wijzigingen
Wij informeren u over wijzigingen in deze lijst conform de Verwerkersovereenkomst, artikel 7.2.

Version 2.3 — adds Anthropic (second AI-language-model provider, active alongside OpenAI) and LinkedIn (configured, Production publication expressly disabled), both with the same evidentiary standard as the other providers in this list.
Classification categories
- ACTIVE PROCESSING — the provider demonstrably processes personal data: the code path is called unconditionally as soon as the corresponding, actually live functionality is used, and/or there is directly confirmed evidence of actual use (for example a real, existing connection or transaction).
- ACTIVE INFRASTRUCTURE / MAY PROCESS — the provider is actively and continuously in use, but processes only minimised/pseudonymised data (for example hashed identifiers only), or the precise nature of what is processed depends on circumstances outside our direct observation.
- CONFIGURED BUT NOT ACTIVELY USED — the technical foundation or code path is present, but Production activation is still blocked or the functionality has not demonstrably been used by a customer yet.
- NOT USED — no active configuration and no code path that calls this provider.

This platform currently does not use Twilio, MessageBird, SMTP, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, Google Analytics, or comparable analytics/tracking services (NOT USED — no configuration, no code path).
Note on location/transfer statements
Confirmed EU-hosted: Neon (AWS region eu-central-1, Frankfurt). For the other providers we have not independently recorded the exact server region/the exact transfer mechanism in our own technical documentation at the time of publication — consult the party's own, current documentation for the precise status.

We inform you of changes to this list in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement, Article 7.2.
